Free updates for 2 years included

To ensure that you can easily stay up to date with your PopChar versions, we include a 2 years free upgrade service with every purchase. If you newly purchase or upgrade PopChar, your license key includes free updates to new PopChar releases for two years (starting with the date of purchase). This includes minor releases (such as bug fixes and small improvements) as well as major releases with new features.

Please note that this licensing scheme does not mean that your license will expire after two years. You can use a registered copy of PopChar without limitation, but your license key will not be valid for newer versions that are released more than two years after the purchase of the license key.

License Renewals

If your 2 years update period has expired, you can purchase a two years license renewal for a reduced upgrade fee. Please see the License Renewals section below.

Educational discounts:

An educational discount of 30% is granted for quantities of 30 and above, if you want to use PopChar for educational purpose only. Please ask our customer service for details.

Distribution:

PopChar is being distributed online as an executable installer. To install PopChar, download it and double click the installer. As long as you do not have a license key, PopChar operates in trial mode: some special characters are dimmed in the PopChar window.

Delivery:

PopChar Win is available for online purchase and download delivery only. At the time being, there is no other distribution method (like CD-ROM) available.

If you want to install PopChar on many PCs and don't want to fiddle around with license keys, we also offer site licenses.

A Site license reduces your administrative work, because you do not need to keep track of multiple license keys. We offer a special Site installer which does not need different license keys for each machine.

If your 2 years update period has expired, you can purchase a 2 years license renewal.

Whereas other software vendors offer upgrades at a reduced price for just a single new version, our upgrade renewals cover ALL subsequent releases of PopChar Win within two years, starting with the date of purchase.

License Renewals are available only for online orders with credit card payment.

Prices for 2 years license renewals:

You can upgrade a multi-user license to a new license up to the number of users of your original license. Please note that you can take advantage of the special upgrade price only ONCE. If you upgrade your license for a smaller number of users, we do not offer another upgrade discount for the remaining number of users.

Renewal Prices for Higher Volumes:

For quantities of up to 30 licenses, please combine the standard packages. For higher quantities, please contact our customer service for a quote.
