  • Create a new abbreviation: In your created set, click on the "+" button in the right area to create a first abbreviation.

  • Type your email template: In the abbreviation field, type a short keyword that will trigger the insertion of the email template. In our example we use "clientinquiry".

    In the textarea underneath, enter the content of your email template. Be sure to include placeholders for dynamic information, such as the recipient's name or the specific project details. For example:

    Dear [Recipient],

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about [Project Name]. Could you kindly provide me with more information about [Specific Inquiry]?

    Thank you for your time.

  • Use your email templates: Now that your email templates are set up in Typinator, it's time to use them. Whenever you're composing an email, simply type the abbreviation you assigned to the template, like "clientinquiry," and press the spacebar.
